At A DUCK’n CANDLE COMPANY, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. All of our candle products are shipped with a thermal bubble wrap to help keep them cool during their shipment to you.
ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
A DUCK’n CANDLE COMPANY primarily ships orders via USPS. In some instances, alternate carriers may be used at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
WEATHER & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Candles and home fragrance products are sensitive to temperature fluctuations. A DUCK’n CANDLE COMPANY is not responsible for damage caused by extreme heat, cold, or prolonged exposure to the elements after delivery.
We recommend bringing packages indoors promptly upon delivery.
DELIVERY ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, A DUCK’n CANDLE COMPANY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at aduckncandleco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
